Denis Gestin​

Chairman​

Denis Gestin is a senior medical devices executive. He served for more than 20 years as an executive and officer at Saint Jude Medical. His last position was President of the International Division, which was acquired by Abbott in 2016. Previously he was a Senior Vice President Global Commercial Integration & Sales Effectiveness. Denis also served as an officer at Abbott. Denis now serves as an independent director and chairman in multiple companies.

Matthieu Bocquet

Matthieu is the founder and managing director of Lumine Capital Advisors. He is a board member in multiple companies. Prior to Lumine Capital Advisors, Matthieu served as a MedTech finance executive and investment banker in Belgium and New York.

Alexandre Chau


Alexandre is CEO of Endo Tools Therapeutics. He joined the company in 2011. From 2008 to 2011, he was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company where he served multiple technology clients in several European countries.

Olivier Delporte


Olivier is CEO of Miracor Medical Systems, a company which aims at heart failure prevention with its PiCSO therapy. Prior to Miracor Medical, Olivier was SVP Commercial at PneumRx (acquired by BTG in 2015) and before this he led the commercial operations of Tryton Medical outside the US. Prior to Tryton Medical, Olivier held management positions at Guidant and Abbott Vascular. Olivier is also a director of Cardiatis, a manufacturer of endovascular devices to treat aneurysms and dissections.

Vincent Huberty

Pr Vincent Huberty is a gastroenterologist and Director of the Integrated Obesity Center at Hôpital Erasme, Brussels. He is dedicated to improving care for his patients through the development of innovative procedures in therapeutic endoscopy. He has been trained in Brussels and was a fellow in Hyderabad and Tokyo.

Marc Nolet

Marc Nolet is a senior MedTech executive and a board member in multiple MedTech companies. He has served as CEO of PhysIOL, a leading company in intraocular lenses, which he acquired in 1997 and sold to TPG PE Group in 2018. Previously, he held different positions at Petrofina S.A. in the U.S.and as an associate at McKinsey & Company.

Michel Vanbrabant

Michel Vanbrabant is CEO of iSTAR Medical, a company committed to delivering breakthrough eye care solutions to patients through minimally invasive implants. He has more than 20 years of experience including several international positions at leading companies including Guidant Inc. (now Boston Scientific) and St. Jude Medical (now Abbott), as well as start-up companies including PneumRx (acquired by BTG in 2015).

Philippe Degeer


Philippe Degeer is a senior executive and investment manager. He developed his career at Goodyear Dunlop where he managed regional branches then became Vice President of Operations for EMEA. He then co-founded Epimede Capital.
